Responsibilities : Plan a daily content calendar for the secondary account from the single aging-stock priority list issued by Merchandising Develop content angles (styling, mix-and-match, product detail, promo hooks) that give older products a fresh reason to buy. Adapt winning hooks and formats shared by Growth Marketing for organic use where relevant. Shoot daily short-form video and photo content for the secondary account, from concept to final cut. Edit content to each platform's format and publish on schedule. Appear on camera as content talent when required. Schedule and coordinate freelance live hosts as on-camera talent for content shoots, aligned with their live-stream schedule. Coordinate product samples and shoot needs with Warehouse and Merchandising. Upload raw and edited content for aging SKUs to the shared asset library, and flag high-performing organic content to Growth Marketing as candidate ad creative. Track organic content performance and secondary-account sales of featured SKUs, and report weekly to the line manager. Refresh or retire content angles based on what moves stock. Requirements : Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Visual Communication Design, Marketing, or related fields. 1–3 years in content creation for an e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brand; fresh graduates with a strong short-form content portfolio considered. Experience running content for a brand marketplace or TikTok Shop account, live-commerce exposure, and a background in fashion or modest fashion. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working English is an advantage. Proficient in shooting and editing short-form video on smartphone (CapCut or equivalent). Basic photo editing and graphic skills (Canva, Lightroom, or Photoshop). Good understanding of marketplace and TikTok content formats and trends. Comfortable appearing on camera. Self-directed and consistent; able to deliver daily output with minimal supervision.
