In this seat, that someone is <you.You>'ll hunt down and qualify Latin American candidates (Mexico first) for Magic's Executive Assistant Training, judging them on English communication, experience, commitment, and proactiveness before anyone else spends a minute on them. You'll run the recruitment process hands-on: posting ads, reviewing resumes, interviewing, coaching the almost-ready, and endorsing the ready. The pace is fast, sometimes chaotic, and there isn't an SOP for every situation. You'll often be the one who figures it <out.You>'re measured on three things: Productivity (35%), Work Quality (35%), and Accountability (30%).This is a full-time freelance engagement: 40 hours a week, exclusive to Magic.Shift: 40 hours a week, day or night. You'll start on 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM CST (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM PHT) for your first two months, then move to 8 AM to 5 PM CST.
