• Support PMAs on day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence management.
• Assist in the monitoring of key client deadlines and the organization of audit files.
• Provide appropriate administrative support to designated teams, ensuring that business priorities are achieved.

Your skills

Must have

• You are preparing a University or Bachelor's degree in an administrative-related field
• Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and PowerBI
• Very good level of English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French or German would be considered a strong asset
• Have the sense of initiative
