Client Relationship Administrator - AIF Tax Reporting department

Join our AIF Tax Reporting department as a Client Relationship Administrator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to a team of tax experts, manage client assignments, assist in preparing and reviewing proposals, and be the key contact person for your team. A bachelor's degree in administrative support or a related field is required, along with strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English.

• Be involved in managing all administrative matters related to client assignments, from the beginning of a new project to the completion of the mission.
• Assist Managers in preparing and reviewing propositions, drafting engagement letters, initiating the client acceptance process, managing budgets, and providing reports on the engagement process.
• Provide support to the Tax Team in terms of planning organization and logistics administration, including the organization of internal and external meetings, timeline follow-up, and day-to-day management of permanent files.

Must have

• Bachelor degree in administrative support or secretarial field. A first relevant experience would be considered as an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, service-minded and attention to detail
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Capacity to manage priorities and deadlines as well as being autonomous with a sense of initiative
• Fluency in English

• Curiosity and willingness to work hands-on with teams in a Tax environment
• Capacity to interact and connect with various stakeholders
• Organisation and rigor, ability to handle and prioritize numerous and diverse tasks
• Knowledge of any other European language being an asset
