SUPERVISOR - FACILITY MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, civil works, or general affairs, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of building construction, civil works, facility maintenance, and basic mechanical and electrical systems. Experience in managing building repairs, infrastructure improvements, maintenance schedules, and facility renovation projects. Ability to identify facility issues, assess repair requirements, and coordinate corrective actions. Familiarity with contractor and vendor management, including work supervision, cost estimation, and quality control. Understanding of workplace safety standards and building maintenance procedures. Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness to work on-site and conduct regular facility inspections. Job Responsibilities Manage and monitor the condition, functionality, and maintenance of company buildings, facilities, and physical infrastructure. Identify and coordinate the fulfillment of physical facility needs across departments, including building repairs, workspace improvements, and infrastructure maintenance. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors for building repairs, renovations, civil works, and other facility-related projects. Conduct routine inspections to identify damage, maintenance requirements, and opportunities for facility improvement. Prepare maintenance plans, cost estimates, and budget proposals for facility repairs, renovations, and infrastructure improvements. Monitor the quality, progress, timelines, and costs of maintenance and improvement works to ensure compliance with company requirements. Coordinate with internal departments to address facility-related issues and ensure their physical workspace and operational needs are properly supported. Ensure that facility maintenance and repair activities comply with applicable safety standards, company policies, and operational requirements. Maintain records of facility conditions, maintenance activities, repair history, vendor performance, and related documentation.
