Facilities Supervisor

Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising daily facilities operations and maintenance activities to ensure that buildings, equipment, and services are maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily activities of facilities staff, technicians, cleaners, and gardeners.
Monitor building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on time.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, common areas, equipment, and external areas.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests and reported complaints.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and daily activity logs.
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of all facilities.
Report major defects, equipment failures, and operational issues to management.
Monitor staff attendance, work performance, and task completion.
Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available for daily operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
