Portuguese Outbound Sales Advisor in Lisbon

Workster is partnering with an international company to recruit Portuguese-speaking Outbound Sales Advisors for a project based in Lisbon, Portugal. In this sales role, you’ll contact potential and existing customers, understand their needs and introduce relevant products or services. You’ll use your communication and persuasion skills to build rapport, achieve sales targets and deliver a professional customer experience. Your Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing Portuguese-speaking customers Introduce products or services and explain their features and benefits clearly Identify customer needs and recommend relevant solutions Build rapport with customers and handle questions or objections professionally Work towards individual and team sales targets and performance indicators Follow up with customers and prospective leads as required Record call outcomes, customer details and sales activity accurately in internal systems Follow company procedures, sales guidelines and quality standards Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team performance Your Profile Fluent in Portuguese, both spoken and written Good command of English Confident and professional telephone manner Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivated by sales targets and achieving results Persuasive, resilient and comfortable handling objections Customer-focused, with the ability to understand needs and offer suitable solutions Good organisational skills and attention to detail Confident using computers and able to learn new digital tools quickly Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales or customer service is an advantage Availability to work in Lisbon, Portugal What We Offer Position based in Lisbon, Portugal Training and support to help you develop in the role Opportunity to build sales and customer communication skills Professional, international and multicultural working environment
