Predictive Maintenance Specialist Move client maintenance teams from fixed schedules to condition-based work driven by real-time machine health data. What you'll do Set up condition monitoring routes, alarm thresholds and asset criticality rankings Interpret vibration, thermal, ultrasound and oil analysis data alongside AI anomaly alerts Link alerts to work orders in the client's CMMS/EAM Coach in-house maintenance techs on predictive workflows and digital twin dashboards Track and report avoided downtime and maintenance cost changes Requirements 5+ years in industrial maintenance or reliability, 2+ in predictive/condition monitoring Vibration Analyst Category II (ISO 18436) or equivalent Experience with a CMMS/EAM such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo or Fiix Strong mechanical troubleshooting on rotating equipment Nice to have: CMRP certification, infrared thermography Level I/II, experience with Augury, SKF, Emerson AMS or similar platforms.
