Interim Smart Factory Program Lead

Interim Smart Factory Program Lead (Contract) Act as the client's interim Digital Transformation Director, owning the multi-year CapEx rollout until a permanent leader is in place. What you'll do Own the transformation program: scope, budget, schedule, vendor management and governance Coordinate integrators, MES, network and cybersecurity contractors across workstreams Report progress and risk to plant and executive leadership Balance technology rollout with workforce training and adoption Help the client define and recruit its permanent internal digital team Requirements 10+ years in manufacturing, with 5+ leading digital, automation or capital programs Track record managing multi-site or multi-million-dollar CapEx initiatives Fluent across OT, IT and operations stakeholders PMP, PgMP or equivalent program management experience Nice to have: Prior plant manager or operations director role, Industry 4.0 maturity assessment experience (e.g., SIRI).
