Team Lead Deployment (f/m/d) Emerging Technologies

Your tasks
You lead and develop a team of around 10 Robot Deployment Engineers
You allocate team resources efficiently to ensure project goals are achieved
You guide the team, as a technical expert of our system, towards the quick resolution of AMR issues
You own the technical processes and documentation required for on-time project implementation, and you will define and ensure quality standards for commissioning
You take responsibility for the technical project status and communicate shortcomings continuously and transparently to our development and product management teams
You communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues

Requirements

You hold a degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
You bring 2+ years of experience leading technical teams
You ideally bring experience in deploying mobile robotics projects
You have strong knowledge of robotics methodologies and best practices
You have experience with ROS and Python and ideally bring some knowledge of C++
You are able to develop detailed project plans and schedules
You communicate assertively and formulate clear expectations and tasks for your team
You are fluent in German and English
You hold a valid Class B driver’s license
You are willing to travel occasionally within Germany and Europe
