New Logo Account Executive (EMEA, SMB)

Join Lucid, a leading visual collaboration platform, as a New Logo Account Executive for the EMEA region. In this role, you will drive business growth by introducing Lucidspark, Lucidchart, and Lucidscale to small and medium-sized businesses. You will build lasting relationships with customers, provide outstanding customer service, and develop innovative approaches to prospecting and pipeline generation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and maintain transparent, accurate forecasts. This position requires experience in software sales, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English.

• Bouwen van duurzame relaties met een portfolio van nieuwe en bestaande klanten, en hen helpen de waarde van Lucid's producten te ontsluiten.
• Ontwikkelen van innovatieve benaderingen voor prospectie en pijplijnopbouw ter ondersteuning van de groei van het bedrijf.
• Samenwerken met cross-functionele teams, bijdragen aan gedeelde doelen en successen vieren als een team.
• Experience in software sales, particularly in prospecting and closing deals
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple prospects and opportunities at the same time
• Experience in navigating competitive sales environments by effectively communicating product value
• Fluent in English, with bonus points if you also speak Dutch
• Experience with Salesforce, leads, contacts, and opportunities
• Familiarity with or similar CRM tools
• Experience building relationships and closing business (as an Account Executive or in a similar role)
• 1+ year of sales closing experience OR 2+ years of business development experience, ideally in SaaS/tech
• This role requires that you work out of our Amsterdam office two days per week on Tuesday and Thursday
• BA/BS degree
• Comfortable using tools like Salesforce and workflow software (e.g., Sales Loft) to stay organized and maintain clean data
