GTM Enablement Manager

Join Leapsome, a high-growth SaaS scale-up, as a GTM Enablement Manager. In this role, you will shape how our GTM teams learn, ramp, and perform, with a focus on Customer Success and Account Management. You will develop and run enablement initiatives, build structures for scaling, own onboarding for new hires, and facilitate team workshops and trainings. You will also manage stakeholders across various departments and own projects that promote Leapsome's culture. This is a 1-year limited contract position with benefits including stock options, a development budget, and a flexible schedule.

• Develop and run enablement initiatives that improve the performance of Customer Success and Account Management teams.
• Build the structures and workflows that allow the team to scale, including knowledge management and meeting formats.
• Own onboarding for new Customer Success hires and reduce ramp time with structured, AI-supported learning paths.
• You design learning experiences around the people using them, and you communicate clearly at every level
• An entrepreneurial mindset: impact-driven, agile, and unfazed when priorities shift
• Fluent written and verbal English. German is a plus
• You work with AI tools daily and enjoy redesigning workflows around them, whether that's agent-supported onboarding or turning customer call insights into training content. Comfort with ops and data is part of that
• A hands-on generalist: as comfortable facilitating a workshop as you are joining a client call, learning the product inside out, and coaching someone on how they ran the conversation
• 5+ years in enablement, L&D, CS, Sales, or a mix. What matters is that you've helped commercial teams get better at their jobs
• Strong end-to-end ownership: you scope, design, execute, and maintain your projects rather than handing them off halfway
• Bonus points for HR tech or HR field experience, a solid grasp of the SaaS CS lifecycle, or account management and sales skills of your own
