INTERNSHIP - HR Generalist

Join NTT DATA, a leading IT organization, as an HR Generalist intern. Gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, training programs, onboarding, and HR legal support. This 6-month internship offers practical HR experience within a global group, with daily support from your assigned tutor.

• Participate actively in the recruitment and onboarding activities of interns, including hiring, guiding, and empowering them.
• Collaborate with the Senior HR Officer in managing various training programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
• Assist the HR Business Partner in managing the full onboarding experience, including probation period follow-ups and organizing engaging welcome events.
