B2B Operations Assistant

In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our B2B team, ensuring smooth daily activities with one of our largest partners in Spain. Your responsibilities will include issue resolution, internal cross-departmental liaison, product support, event logistics, merchandising oversight, and administrative support. • Act as the main point of contact for any issues or incidents raised by the client, tracking these cases and ensuring they are resolved quickly.
• Proactively contact and follow up with other departments to unblock issues and find solutions for the client.
• Provide hands-on help with product loading tasks and verify that itineraries, availability, and prices are correctly displayed on the partner’s platforms.
• Strong attention to detail
• Min FP/FPII in Tourism or Administration or studies related
• Good level in Microsoft Office tools and quick to learn internal tools
• Good communication with stakeholders
• Profile with a highly organized and proactive "problem-solver" mindset
• Excellent written Spanish and a good level of English
