Internship-Sales Development Representative (Buyer)

Join Zefir, an innovative startup revolutionizing the real estate industry in Europe. As a Sales Development Representative intern, you will manage a portfolio of prospective buyers, persuade them to schedule property visits, analyze performance data, gather client feedback, and participate in the continuous improvement of business processes. This internship is scheduled from July to the end of December and offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into business unit metrics management and organizational dynamics.

• Gérer un portefeuille de centaines d'acheteurs potentiels, établir des relations de confiance et les guider tout au long du processus d'achat.
• Persuader les prospects de planifier des visites de propriétés en comprenant et en répondant à leurs besoins.
• Analyser les données de performance pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des taux de conversion et affiner proactivement nos arguments de vente.

Qualification

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Driven by exceeding objectives and motivated by achieving ambitious targets.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (BBA3, BBA4) or taking a gap year from a business school or equivalent university program.
• Fluency in French (native) and English is mandatory
