About The Role

Join Click&Boat, the European leader in boat rentals, as a Junior Travel Advisor for the German market. In this role, you will assist German-speaking clients in booking boat rentals, negotiate prices with boat owners, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Supply and Customer Care teams to deliver a high-quality experience. The position is based in Barcelona and offers a fixed-term contract with a competitive salary.

Verstehen der Kundenbedürfnisse und Beratung bei der Bootsrecherche, um die besten Angebote zu finden.
Maximierung der Konversionsrate durch Anwendung von Verkaufsstrategien und Begleitung der Kunden während des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses.
Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und -loyalität, damit sie Click&Boat beim nächsten Segeln in Betracht ziehen.
