Senior Agentic Engineer

Join Webflow, a leading web marketing platform, as a Senior Agentic Engineer. In this remote-first role, you'll shape the internal AI infrastructure and operational workflows, automate core processes, and drive responsible AI practices. You'll need 4-6+ years of experience in automation engineering or a technical program/operations role, deep AI fluency, and the ability to turn operational problems into working software.

• Design, build, and ship AI-powered agents and workflows that automate core operational processes across Engineering, Product, Design, and Insights.
• Build and maintain a curated library of reusable AI skills and agents that EPDI teams can leverage out of the box, ensuring quality, discoverability, and consistent patterns across the org.
• Partner with EPD leaders and program teams to identify high-friction manual processes and turn them into reliable, AI-backed automations that balance usability, scalability, and business impact.
