As a Senior HR & Sales Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and the Sales team, managing payroll and HR administration, invoicing, account receivables, and general administrative support. You will be part of a close-knit team and have the opportunity to contribute to the development of renewable energies.

• Gestion de la paie et de l'administration des ressources humaines, y compris l'intégration des nouveaux employés.

• You are based in Paris or Rennes
• You are fluent in both French and English
• You have 3 years of experience in an EA, Sales or HR assistant role — ideally in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
• You demonstrate strong adaptability and flexibility to support and implement change in a constantly evolving scaleup.
• You bring strong interpersonal skills: you’re warm, trustworthy, and great at creating a positive vibe.
• You’re tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.).
