Workday HRIS Specialist

Join L-Acoustics, a global leader in professional audio technology, as a Workday HRIS Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the employee experience, supporting data-driven decision-making, and optimizing HR operations. You will act as the functional expert for Core HCM, Reporting & Analytics, and Help, and will work closely with HR teams on releases, testing, and implementation activities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or Workday support/configuration roles, and strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM.

• Act as the functional expert for Core HCM, Reporting & Analytics, and Help, gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Deliver system enhancements and contribute to Workday releases, testing cycles, and tenant management activities.
• Partner closely with HR teams on releases, testing, and implementation activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
