Paid Digital Marketing Specialist

Join our team as a Paid Digital Marketing Specialist, where you will lead and manage all paid digital channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns focused on acquiring new pet insurance customers. This is a fully remote role, and you should have a minimum of 5-6 years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns.

• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns focused on acquiring new pet insurance customers (B2C).
• Develop and implement ongoing paid media strategies to improve acquisition cost, conversion rate, and ROI.
• Own Google Ads performance, with deep experience in: Search Campaigns, Performance Max Campaigns and YouTube / Demand Gen Campaigns.

Who you are

• Minimum 5–6 years’ hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns
• Proven success in Google Ads account management, particularly Search, Performance Max, and YouTube/Demand Gen
• Strong experience with Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Advanced skills in Google Analytics 4 — especially for attribution, audience creation, and performance reporting
• Experience running lead generation and nurturing campaigns, ideally within competitive B2C markets
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Highly data-driven, detail-oriented, and performance-focused
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of channel performance and strategy
