Senior Data Analyst

• Establish, define, and maintain the core KPI framework for your business unit scope, including revenue metrics, churn rate, activation, retention, payback, LTV, and customer-quality metrics.
• Design and deliver actionable dashboards for business unit managers and country GMs, enabling reliable performance steering across Germany and Spain.
• Lead analytical projects end-to-end, managing timelines, priorities, and senior stakeholder expectations across local business units, marketing, and data.
