What You'll Do 💙

As a member of our healthcare team, you will

• ✨ Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
• ✨ Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• ✨ Respond to routine and urgent medical needs
• ✨ Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers
• ✨ Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
• ✨ Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff to deliver safe, quality patient care

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

• ✔ Active Alabama LPN license
• ✔ Current CPR certification
• ✔ Ability to work every other weekend consistently
• ✔ Strong communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills

Preferred

• ⭐ Previous correctional, emergency, long term care, or medical surgical nursing experience
