About The Role

Location:Wien * Working hours:Part-time * Occupational Area:Finance / Controlling / Accounting * Company:Erste Group Bank AG Your Tasks * Run and maintain reports in the relevant Controlling/Accounting systems (e.g. Tagetik) and databases (e.g. Databricks) using tools such as Tableau, XLCubed, etc. * Support colleagues in the preparation of management and business presentations on various topics * Analyze specific business portfolios and datasets and comment on them * Support with ad-hoc analyses on cost or income topics Your Background * Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Controlling or Business Informatics * You possess very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, know running SQLs/VBA statements and have experience with any of the above mentioned reporting tools as well as in the professional world of AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) * You are familiar with the "world of banking and financial markets" and have a good understanding of Accounting and Controlling * You are able to fluently communicate in English as you will be working in an international team; German and/or a CEE language is an advantage Our Offer * Exciting and challenging internship for 12 months part-time (19.25h/week) starting in January 2027 * Support of your professional and personal development in a dynamic, comprehensive and interesting area * Discover and enjoy the of Erste Group * Internship salary: starting from EUR 2,745.32 gross per month (full-time equivalent; excluding mandatory internships as part of a university of applied sciences curriculum) * We offer our employees the opportunity to divide their hours between working from home and at the office * We consider the diversity of our employees as key to innovation and success.
