PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations while building a culture focused on safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys developing employees, solving problems, and creating an efficient, high-performing production environment.

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring production goals are achieved while supporting and developing your team. You’ll work closely with cross-functional departments to keep operations running smoothly and deliver quality products on time.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support a team of 10+ production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Drive a strong safety culture through safety observations, toolbox talks, inspections, and incident investigations
  • Monitor daily production performance and coordinate resources to meet production schedules and customer demand
  • Balance safety, quality, productivity, and cost to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement
  • Coach, mentor, and develop employees while promoting positive employee relations and accountability
  • Address performance concerns and apply company policies consistently and fairly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, product flow, labor utilization, and production standards
  • Track departmental metrics and communicate results and opportunities to leadership
  • Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
  • Experience measuring performance against production goals and standards
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Flexible schedule to support production and business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or data analysis is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
