• To assist in the documentation of inventory transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of reports on stock levels and inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure proper storage and safety of materials
• Conduct periodic stock checks (e.g., cycle counts or physical inventory)
• Support in monitoring stock levels and initiating reordering processes.
• Ant basic degree
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
