Shift Leader / Extruder Machine Operator

Previous experience operating plastic extrusion machinery. About Upsyde ERPlastics BV, operating under the marketing name Upsyde, is a diverse company based in Weert, the Netherlands. We transform hard-to-recycle plastic waste into valuable circular products, including road plates and transport pallets. As our production operations expand, we are looking for a motivated Shift Leader / Extruder Machine Operator to join our team. The Role In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our extrusion machine and/or washing line. You will set up and adjust machine parameters, monitor production performance, check product quality and ensure that production targets are met. You will also prepare materials, organize finished products on pallets, maintain accurate production and traceability records, and keep your work area clean and safe. As Shift Leader, you will guide assigned team members, monitor attendance and working hours, and report to the Production Manager. You will work closely with the production and maintenance teams to solve technical issues, minimize downtime and keep the production process running smoothly. What We Offer A gross monthly salary of EUR 3.500-4.500, depending on experience, plus holiday allowance. 25 holiday days per year (20 statutory days plus 5 additional days). Travel allowance may be available for employees living outside Weert. Possibility of a permanent employment contract.
