The Role in Brief

The ideal candidate leads and manages client and project team interactions, providing a distinct level of customer service by fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. This role brings together the people, process and business to align our capabilities and expertise and bring value to our customers. The Engagement Manager provides leadership from project inception to completion.

Specific Responsibilities

• Ensures communication internally and externally
• Ensures project roles and responsibilities are assigned
• Establishes a complete project team
• Understands customer expectations and business goals
• Ensures financial success of the engagement
• Identifies upcoming target opportunities
• Achieves strategic goals surrounding project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required
• 5-10 years’ experience ideally within healthcare architecture
• Strong communication and collaborations skills; personable
• Facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong leadership
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in Project Management or related field
