Project Controls Specialist

Project Controls Specialist Bureau Veritas Kazakhstan is looking for an experienced Project Controls Specialist for a large-scale Wind Power & BESS Project in Kazakhstan . Key Responsibilities: Review EPC project schedules, programmes and cost performance. Monitor project progress, milestones and schedule deviations. Support cost control, forecasting and progress tracking. Prepare and consolidate PMC project controls reports . Identify schedule/cost risks and support corrective actions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience . Strong experience in project controls, planning, scheduling and cost control . Experience in EPC programme and cost reviews . Experience in large-scale energy, renewable energy or infrastructure projects . Previous experience in a PMC, EPC or Owner’s Engineer environment. Strong reporting and analytical skills. Experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project will be an advantage. 📍 Location: Kazakhstan ⏱ Engagement: Part-time
