Permitting Specialist

Permitting Specialist Bureau Veritas Kazakhstan is looking for an experienced Permitting Specialist for a large-scale Wind Power & BESS Project in Kazakhstan . Key Responsibilities: Support permitting activities and state expertise of design documentation . Coordinate preparation and submission of required project documentation. Review documentation for compliance with applicable Kazakhstan requirements. Coordinate with project teams and relevant authorities. Monitor comments and support their timely resolution. Requirements: Relevant university degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related field. Strong experience with state expertise and permitting processes in Kazakhstan . Good knowledge of local requirements for design and construction documentation. Experience in large-scale energy, infrastructure or industrial projects . Previous experience in EPC, PMC or engineering consultancy projects will be an advantage. Strong communication and documentation skills. 📍 Location: Kazakhstan ⏱ Engagement: Part-time
