General Laborers

Description

We are seeking full time, reliable and motivated General Laborers to support various operations within a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment in Romulus. Positions may include material handling, rack repair, assembly support, and general production duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks throughout the facility
• Load, unload, and move materials or parts as needed
• Assist with rack repair, stacking, and alignment
• Support production and assembly operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality is REQUIRED
• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment
