Forklift Operator

Description

We are seeking full time experienced Forklift Operators with engine rack handling experience to join our team. This role requires the ability to safely operate a forklift while handling and stacking automotive racks using proper alignment techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Load, unload, and transport automotive parts and racks
• Stack and align engine racks using guide pins (rack-to-rack alignment required)
• Ensure racks are properly positioned, secured, and stable
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required (sit-down preferred)
• MUST have experience stacking and aligning racks with pins (engine rack / dunnage / returnable container experience)
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality is REQUIRED
• Ability to lift, push, and maneuver materials as needed
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment
