About The Role

Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, bank reconciliation and journal entries
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and schedules in a timely and accurate manner
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities and assist in audit and tax filing exercises
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial analysis
Ensure proper accounting records, supporting documentation and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Liaise with external auditors, bankers, professional parties and internal departments on accounting and financial matters
Participate in system enhancement projects, process improvements and company events (in-/out-door)
Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with experience in handling full set of accounts independently
LCCI Higher / ACCA / HKICPA or related professional qualifications will be an advantage
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong accounting standards, financial reporting and accounting principles
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with accounting systems is preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Mature, independent, well-organized and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Willing to participate in company events and activities outside normal office hours when required
Immediate available is highly preferred
