Confluence Solution Architect (French-speaking)

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Run discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders (in French) to understand current Confluence use, pain points and goals.</li>
<li>Design the target Confluence setup: space structure, page hierarchy, templates, permissions model and naming conventions.</li>
<li>Plan and lead the Confluence Cloud migration or restructure, including app assessment, macro fixes, and user/group cleanup.</li>
<li>Define a governance framework: space ownership, content lifecycle, archiving rules and admin roles.</li>
<li>Configure Confluence and key Marketplace apps, and set up integrations with Jira/JSM where needed.</li>
<li>Write architecture and design documents, runbooks and handover materials in French (and English if needed).</li>
<li>Train space owners and admins, and support adoption through go-live.</li>
<li>Report progress, risks and decisions to the project lead each week.</li>

<p><strong>Required skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Native or fluent French (spoken and written), plus professional English</li>
<li>5+ years of hands-on Confluence experience at a senior admin, consultant or architect level</li>
<li>Proven track record in Confluence information architecture and governance design</li>
<li>Experience with Confluence Cloud, including Data Center/Server to Cloud migrations using the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA)</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Confluence permissions, spaces, templates, macros and Atlassian Cloud administration</li>
<li>Consulting skills: running workshops, managing stakeholders, writing clear documentation</li>

<li>Atlassian certifications (Confluence or Cloud admin)</li>
<li>Experience at an Atlassian Solution Partner</li>
<li>Experience with Marketplace apps such as Comala, Scroll, draw.io/Gliffy and ScriptRunner</li>
<li>Experience with Jira/JSM knowledge-base integration, or with Atlassian Rovo/AI features</li>
<li>Experience with GDPR, EU data residency or regulated industries</li>
