About The Role

  1. Coordinate and manage e-auctions through the SAP Ariba platform.
  2. Coordinate with vendors during auction activities and help them understand the auction process and participation requirements.
  3. Create and update material codes in SAP for different material categories as per company standards and guidelines.
  4. Check and verify material details such as specifications, UOM, HSN Code, valuation class, material group and profit centre before creating or updating records in SAP.
  5. Identify and block duplicate, obsolete or incorrect material codes and maintain proper records for all changes made.
  6. Carry out bulk data updates in SAP for MRP Controller, ROL Data, Storage Bin, Material Group and other master data fields.
  7. Resolve Pilog related issues such as material creation errors, extension failures and workflow related problems.
  8. Maintain proper records of auctions, material codification, approvals and other procurement related activities as per company policies.
  9. Follow SAP MM, SAP Ariba and company procurement guidelines and ensure compliance with master data standards.
  10. Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP MM Module and SAP Ariba platform is required.
