Main Responsibilities

Own the content strategy and roadmap, aligned with Nord Security B2B's marketing goals.

Plan, scope, and organize content work, and keep improving how the team operates.

Lead content and brand projects, keeping Nord Security B2B's tone of voice consistent.

Manage, develop, and grow the team; organize people around their strengths and plan workload.

Set and hold the content quality bar across channels and formats.

Partner with product marketing, brand, SEO, and other teams to align content with business needs and insights.
Core Requirements

Strong team management skills, including international and remote teams (at least 2 years' experience), covering performance, skillset growth, workload, and feedback.

Proven track record leading PR and brand projects, including shaping and implementing a brand's TOV.

Solid content/digital marketing background (B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or tech is preferred).

A sharp sense of what high-quality content looks like across different channels and formats.

Great at scoping, planning, and optimizing how work gets done.

An innovator who spots issues early and drives solutions.

Good communication and project management skills, working cross-functionally with other teams.
