Call Center Sales Agent

OneTouch Direct is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as a Call Center Sales Agent. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role is preferred not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team collaboration skills.
