Position Summary
You will lead management accounting activities that support accurate financial reporting and smart business decisions. You will work closely with finance leaders, business partners, and shared services to deliver timely month-end close, analysis, and improvements. Responsibilities

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Lead month-end close for assigned entities and deliver accurate profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
  • Provide commercial and variance analysis to explain performance and support business decisions.
  • Partner with business leaders and shared services to build budgets, forecasts, and monthly reforecasts.
  • Drive improvements in accounting processes, controls, and automation to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Support external and internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
  • Coach and develop team members, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent).
  • 5+ years of experience in management accounting, finance controlling, or similar finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and relevant local accounting rules.
  • Practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP and familiarity with Excel-based analysis.
  • Clear communicator in English with the ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

  • Experience leading or coaching a small to medium finance team.
  • Hands-on experience with financial planning and analysis processes, including driver-based forecasting.
  • Experience with process automation tools or reporting platforms (for example, Power BI or similar).
  • Prior exposure to audits, tax reporting, and regulatory filings in an international environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business actions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and supporting transformational change.
