In this role, you will:
Staffing Management
*** Time spent on and with night shift will be required for all the below tasks ***

• Manage training plans to bridge skills gaps and update the training/skills matrix
• Keep an up-to-date schedule posted – Vacations/Vacancies/Etc.
• Participate in shift lead vacancy/loa/vacation coverage
• Time and Attendance management

Lean Manufacturing Initiatives

• Manage TPM coordination- Manage/assign labor for each AM
• Complete tasks and add comments in EAM
• Audit AM’s and provide feedback to Leads
• Review/revise AM tasks as needed
• Coordinate with maintenance before and during TPM events
• Manage 5S Activities within the Dept- Generate 5S assignments
• Audit completion of tasks and provide feedback
• Involved in day-to-day continuous improvement activities and problem solving

Supplies Management

• Keep track of all paint supplies and reorder as needed
• Ownership of special operational related projects
• Other miscellaneous tasks as deemed necessary
