Electrical Technical Specialist - Overnight Shift

Arconic is currently in search of Electrical Technical Specialist to join Tennessee Operations based in Alcoa, TN.
In this role, you will:

• Be involved in the design of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives of manufacturing methods.
• Work together with craft employees in a Union environment.
• Act as a resource for technical guidance to manufacturing personnel.
• Assist in justification of new equipment.
• Interface with other manufacturing departments to address and resolve technical issues.
• Adhere to Arconic EH&S, quality, continuous improvement, and other company policies.
• Perform an integrated role as direct support of the Maintenance Organization.
• Respond to trouble calls on a 24/7 basis.

Also note:

• This position will require frequent shift and weekend line/maintenance support.
• This position can include requirements for travel up to 10%.
• This role is eligible for relocation benefits if the successful candidate qualifies.
• This role reports to the Maintenance Superintendent.
