Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee clients’ social media channels on a day-to-day basis.

Plan, schedule, publish, and coordinate social media content across relevant platforms.

Create and maintain content calendars, Gantt charts, campaign timelines, and project schedules.

Manage communication with existing clients and act as the main point of contact for social media-related matters.

Gather client requirements, feedback, approvals, and content inputs.

Coordinate with internal teams such as designers, content creators, and marketing specialists to ensure timely delivery.

Ensure all social media activities and campaigns are delivered according to agreed deadlines.

Monitor engagement, account performance, and key social media metrics.

Prepare regular updates and basic performance reports for clients.

Follow up on pending approvals, deliverables, and client requests.

Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and content best practices.

Manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
