AI Adoption & Change Management Senior Consultant (Arabic fluency required)

 8-15 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, Learning & Development, or Consulting.  Good understanding of Change Management methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci).  Exposure to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Power Platform, or Digital Workplace technologies.  Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and training skills.  Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical users.  Fluent Arabic and English (Mandatory).  Candidate should be based in the UAE or available to relocate/work in the UAE.
 Prosci certification.  Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, or Viva.  Experience with Generative AI and AI adoption programs.  UAE government/public sector exposure is an advantage.
