About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Specialized Facilitator - eLearning to join our Onboarding Team in Jebel Ali.
Scope:
The Specialized Facilitator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Learning & Development framework, ensuring the effective delivery of training and upskilling initiatives for site-based employees. This role coordinates training schedules, monitors learner progress, and ensures alignment of training activities with organizational development goals. By maintaining accurate records, conducting gap analyses, and facilitating engagement with potential learners, the Specialized Facilitator ensures that the workforce is continually supported in their career growth and capability development.

Responsibilities:

Financial

  • Optimize resource allocation by planning and scheduling training based on available trainers, facilities, and digital tools.
  • Support cost efficiency in L&D programs by ensuring accurate tracking of participation and progress, thereby reducing duplication and training waste.
  • Contribute indirectly to business performance by enabling employees upskill, improving retention, and enhancing productivity.

Customer

  • Act as the first point of contact for site-based employees regarding training schedules, opportunities, and progress tracking.
  • Reach out proactively to potential learners across the business to promote available training and encourage upskilling.
  • Ensure training delivery (digital and face-to-face) is aligned to learner needs and career development frameworks.

Process

  • Administer and uphold the L&D framework, ensuring training records, attendance, and learner progress are accurately maintained.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, balancing physical and digital delivery modes depending on learner pathways.
  • Track, monitor, and report on training completion, learner progression, and compliance with mandatory learning requirements.
  • Maintain clear documentation of processes to ensure consistency and adherence to organizational L&D policies.

Innovation

  • Conduct gap analyses to identify training and upskilling needs within different employee groups, particularly site-based roles.
  • Recommend learning pathways or interventions based on learner career frameworks and development objectives.
  • Suggest process improvements and digital solutions for streamlining training scheduling, learner engagement, and tracking.

Selection Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in L&D administration, HR operations, or training coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple training schedules and resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with site-based employees and managers effectively.
  • Analytical mindset for conducting training gap analysis and advising career development options.
