Job Scope
Why does the role exist? High level purpose of function.
Ensure accurate inventory management and material traceability by maintaining alignment between physical stock and system records, while supporting uninterrupted production through effective material flow control and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular monitoring, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies between physical stock and ERP/system records.
  • Ensure timely availability of raw materials and semi-finished goods to support production requirements.
  • Track and investigate material movements, supporting specific material flow requests and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and planning teams to optimise material availability and inventory visibility.
  • Communicate stock-related risks, deviations, and corrective actions to supervisors and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in stock control or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and inventory management software.

Specific skills & Knowledge

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to material handling.
  • English, Swedish is a plus
  • Office 365 – Excel, basic knowledge of AI tools
  • Health, Safety & Environmental responsibility
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Use PPE according to safety rules
  • Report hazards and incidents
  • ADR 1.3 – Dangerous Goods handling certification
