Westview International Language School is Hiring!
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team.
Position: Social Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide social, emotional, and behavioral support to students.
• Identify students who require additional support and follow up on their cases.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records and case documentation.
• Work closely with students, parents, teachers, and the Inclusion Team.
• Support students with social, family, behavioral, and adjustment-related challenges.
• Monitor students’ progress and provide appropriate interventions and follow-up.
• Support safeguarding and student well-being initiatives.
• Refer cases to specialized professionals when necessary.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with school policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Social Worker, preferably in a school or educational setting.
• Good understanding of child and adolescent development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong case management, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and approachable personality.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of child safeguarding and protection procedures is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or relevant field.
• Teaching certification
• Experience teaching English to elementary-level students is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster a nurturing and effective learning atmosphere.
• Good organizational skills and adaptability.
