Global Market Access Specialist

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and submitting registration dossiers for new and existing markets
• Tracking submissions, approvals and renewals across multiple countries simultaneously
• Working with in-country distributors and regulatory authorities to keep things moving
• Monitoring regulatory changes globally and flagging anything that affects market access
• Keeping registration records clean, accurate and audit-ready
• Supporting new product launches from a registration and compliance perspective

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Background in regulatory affairs, life sciences, pharmacy or a related field
• Experience managing product registrations across multiple markets
• Organised, detail-oriented and good at following things through to completion
• Comfortable working with external regulatory bodies and internal teams
• Medical device or food supplement experience a plus
• English essential, additional languages a plus
• Eligible to work in Malta
• Candidates must be based in or relocating to Malta, fully eligibility is required as work permit/sponsorship is NOT provided.
