Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Manager

Conceive Plus is one of the most trusted fertility brands in the world, sold in 70+ countries. We're looking for a driven, creator-obsessed Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Manager to grow and manage our affiliate program across global markets.
This role sits at the intersection of creator relationships, social commerce and performance marketing. If you live and breathe creators and know how to turn partnerships into revenue, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing

• Own the day-to-day execution of the Conceive Plus affiliate program across all markets
• Source, recruit and onboard creators and affiliates at scale across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Build genuine relationships with high-performing affiliates and keep them activated
• Monitor performance across GMV, conversions, content volume and ROI and optimise accordingly
• Coordinate creator briefs, product seeding and launch campaigns with the internal team
• Identify emerging creators and trends before everyone else does
• Maintain trackers, campaign calendars and weekly reporting

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships or social commerce
• Knows TikTok, Instagram and YouTube inside out
• Data-driven and performance-minded — tracks what works and doubles down
• Energised by creator relationships and fast iteration
• Health, wellness or lifestyle brand experience a plus
• Self-starter, no ego, moves fast
