EU Retail & Wholesale Partnerships Manager

Conceive Plus and SASMAR are growing fast across Europe and we're looking for someone to own and grow our retail and wholesale channel.
This is a relationship-first role. You'll be identifying the right partners, getting us on shelf, and making sure we stay there and grow.
What you'll be doing

• Identifying and approaching wholesale distributors, pharmacy chains, health retailers across EU markets
• Building and managing long-term relationships with buyers and account managers
• Negotiating ranging, placement, pricing and promotional support
• Working with the marketing team to support in-store visibility and sell-through
• Reporting on account performance and pipeline

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Lead-level experience in trade sales, wholesale or retail account management in Europe
• Comfortable hunting new accounts and managing existing accounts
• Knowledge of how pharmacy, health retail or consumer goods distribution works in at least 2-3 EU markets
• Experience working with pharmacy buyers, wholesale distributors, retail account managers, or category buyers across EU markets
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, reporting tools and CRM or project management systems to track pipeline and account performance
• Self-directed, organised and good with people
• Business-fluent English
• Eligible to work in Malta
• Additional languages are a plus
• Available for occasional partner visits and market travel is a plus
