Manager - Compliance Policies Management

About The Role
As a Manager – Compliance policies management, you will lead policy management activities including conducting fair and independent investigations, providing compliance advisory support to business units, and monitoring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in promoting ethical business conduct, identifying compliance risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the overall control environment.
Requirements
Policy Management:
- - Lead the development, review, and maintenance of organization-wide policies and procedures to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
- - Provide proactive advisory support to business units to promote consistent policy interpretation and implementation across QIC.
- - Conduct periodic policy reviews and recommend enhancements based on regulatory updates, operational needs, investigation outcomes, and compliance assessment activities.
- - Monitor, test, and report on adherence to internal policies and compliance requirements across the organization.
- - Identify compliance gaps and support corrective action planning and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the control environment.
- - Provide advisory support and guidance to employees and management on compliance-related matters and policy application
Investigations:
- - Lead fair, timely, and independent investigations into reported misconduct, policy breaches, ethical concerns, conflicts of interest, and other compliance-related matters.
- - Support in recommending enhancements to policies and controls based on investigation findings and recurring compliance issues.
- - Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and metrics related to investigations, policy compliance, and monitoring activities.
- - Escalate significant compliance risks, investigation outcomes, and control weaknesses to management where appropriate.
Benefits
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Policy, Law or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience
- Experience leading corporate investigations and compliance assessments including document review, interviews and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and prioritize tasks
- Strong report writing, analytical, and presentation skills.
