Compliance Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our Compliance team at Moyasar.

As a financial company operating in the payments sector and regulated by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), compliance is a key part of how we operate. You’ll help ensure our business, payment services, internal processes, and controls remain aligned with SAMA requirements and other applicable regulations. This reflects the existing role’s responsibility for maintaining the compliance program and ensuring the company operates in line with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

What You’ll Do

• Support compliance policies, procedures, and controls in line with SAMA requirements.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on our business.
• Conduct compliance reviews, monitoring, and testing.
• Support regulatory reports, filings, and submissions.
• Work with teams across the company to ensure regulatory requirements are applied to our payment operations and business processes.
• Maintain compliance records and documentation.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits, and information requests.
• Assist with compliance investigations and corrective actions.
• Support compliance training and awareness across the company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in Compliance within fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.
• Good understanding of SAMA regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with compliance monitoring, controls, policies, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Good communication and ability to work across different teams.
• Arabic and English communication skills.
