We're looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA region. You'll partner with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

What You'll Do

Manage full-cycle recruitment across EMEA from intake to offer.

Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies and selection decisions.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.

Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment processes through the ATS.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders and candidates.

Track key recruiting metrics and pipeline performance.

Support workforce planning and talent market discussions.

Ensure compliance with local employment and data privacy requirements.
What You'll Bring

Extensive Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.

Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment.

Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA countries and functions.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)

Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
